We’re Seth and Kirstin, a God loving, family oriented, regenerative ranching, husband and wife team. Between us, we have four kids, five grand kids, and one Belgian Malinois, who believes he is the only child. Seth is a lineman, building power lines, and Kirstin is a licensed veterinary technician and artificial insemination technician; together, we have been raising and selling clean, organic meats since 2013. In 2024, we decided to expand our operation and moved from Galveston County to Grapeland, in East Texas.
Here, on our 163-acre ranch, we are committed to raising animals the way God designed them – on pasture, with proper nutrition and low stress – they thrive without artificial supports. We are committed to providing hormone, vaccine, and antibiotic-free beef, chicken, and pork directly from our home to yours.
Every acre we manage, every animal we raise, and every family we serve is part of a larger vision: proving that farming can heal rather than harm, nourish rather than deplete, and create abundance for generations to come.
Practices we keep — no shortcuts.
Regenerative isn't a label here. It's the chore list every morning before breakfast.
Rotational grazing isn't a marketing term — it's a chore. The herd walks onto new grass at dawn. The old paddock rests, the soil rebuilds, and the cattle and lambs eat the way they were designed to.
The trick of "grass-fed" beef and lamb is that most of it gets finished on grain in the last 90 days. Ours doesn't. Same pasture, same diet, the whole life of the animal.
Chickens and hogs eat a non-GMO feed mix that's corn- and soy-free. Pastures don't get sprayed. The animals eat what their bodies were built for and pass it on to you.
Cattle, chickens, lambs, and hogs — Seth and Kirstin lay eyes (and usually hands) on every one of them, daily. No antibiotics or vaccines by default, no hormones, no shortcut to scale. If we can't keep that up, we don't grow.
