Meet Seth & Kirstin Whitmire

We’re Seth and Kirstin, a God loving, family oriented, regenerative ranching, husband and wife team. Between us, we have four kids, five grand kids, and one Belgian Malinois, who believes he is the only child.  Seth is a lineman, building power lines, and Kirstin is a licensed veterinary technician and artificial insemination technician; together, we have been raising and selling clean, organic meats since 2013.  In 2024, we decided to expand our operation and moved from Galveston County to Grapeland, in East Texas.

Here, on our 163-acre ranch, we are committed to raising animals the way God designed them – on pasture, with proper nutrition and low stress – they thrive without artificial supports. We are committed to providing hormone, vaccine, and antibiotic-free beef, chicken, and pork directly from our home to yours.

Our Why: Quality Matters. What You Eat Matters.

Every decision we make comes back to core beliefs shaped by both Seth's hands-on ranching experience and Kirstin's veterinary training: animals should be raised humanely and free-range, not penned up. What you eat, eats, matters. We care about your health, we care about our animals, and we care about our planet.

We moved our cattle, chickens, and pigs to fresh pasture daily not because it's easier (it's not), but because it's right. We refuse to use vaccines, hormones, or antibiotics not because it's cheaper (it's not), but because we believe your family deserves better. When animals live as they were designed to live—free-range in God's country—they don't need pharmaceutical interventions to stay healthy.

This isn't just about producing food—it's about creating a legacy. Every acre we manage, every animal we raise, and every family we serve is part of a larger vision: proving that farming can heal rather than harm, nourish rather than deplete, and create abundance for generations to come.

How Regenerative Practices Work:

Rotational Grazing– Moving cattle to fresh pasture daily allows plants to recover while naturally fertilizing the soil. This builds organic matter, improves water retention, and eliminates the need for chemical fertilizers.

No Chemical Inputs– Healthy soil creates healthy plants, which create healthy animals. By avoiding pesticides, herbicides, and synthetic fertilizers, we allow natural systems to thrive while producing cleaner food.

Biodiversity Enhancement– Our practices encourage diverse plant and animal life, creating resilient ecosystems that are naturally resistant to pests and disease.

Soil Health Improvement– Every year our land gets healthier, storing more carbon, retaining more water, and producing more nutritious grass—which translates directly to more nutritious meat.

Taste the difference that regenerative farming makes. Your family—and the planet—will thank you.
