Pork fat, also known as lard when rendered, is a traditional, nutrient-rich fat that has been valued for generations in both cooking and homestead living. It's a natural source of energy and contains fat-soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K, especially when sourced from pasture-raised pigs. Beyond the kitchen, it is commonly used in soap, salves, and other handmade goods. Like all of our pork, it is pastured, non-GMO, soy-free and corn-free.

Sold in 1 lb packs.

  • Non-GMO, corn & soy free: clean feed — nothing your food wasn't built to eat.

  • Nothing added: no vaccines, antibiotics, or hormones.

  • Regeneratively raised: rotated on pasture to build soil and flavor, season after season.

A note from Seth →
"Everything on this page came off our pasture in Grapeland — raised by our family, finished on grass, never a day of grain or a single shortcut. If a cut doesn't earn its place on your table, tell us and we'll make it right."

Best ribeye I've cooked at home. Tasted the difference instantly — kids actually finished their plates.

Showed up frozen solid, packed beautifully, every cut labeled. A real farm — not a marketing operation.

Toured the farm before we ordered. What you see is what shows up at your door. Worth every dollar.
