Grass-Finished Beef Sampler

Each box is a farmer’s choice assortment, featuring: 

• 6 lbs of premium ground beef
• 2 premium steaks (ribeye, filet, NY strip, or coulette)
• 1 roast (rump roast, chuck roast, tri-tip, bottom round, or a selection of chuck eye or top sirloin steaks; roast not guaranteed and may be substituted with specialty cuts, including short ribs)
• 2 specialty cuts (flat iron steak, Denver steak, flank, hanger, stew meat, or short ribs)
