The Beef Homestead Box is the easiest way to keep your freezer stocked with clean, nutrient-dense beef from our ranch in Grapeland, Texas. Whether you are cooking for two or feeding a hungry crew, there is a size that fits your table.

• 10 lb - a great fit for 1-2 people
• 20 lb - feeds a family of 4
• 30 lb - for households that eat a lot of meat

Inside, each box is built to a target mix of about 50% ground beef, 30% specialty cuts (chuck and rump roasts, stew meat, short ribs), and 20% steaks (ribeyes, NY strips, sirloins). It's a target, not a guarantee - exact contents vary with availability, and because every animal is a little different, Kirstin builds each box as close to that split as she can.

Every cut is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished - no corn, no soy, no grain finishing - and dry-aged 14-21 days for tenderness and flavor. Our cattle are never given vaccines, hormones, or antibiotics - ever - and our pastures are never sprayed with chemicals. We're feeding your family the same way we feed our own.
