Every cut is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished - no corn, no soy, no grain finishing - and dry-aged 14-21 days for tenderness and flavor. Our cattle are never given vaccines, hormones, or antibiotics - ever - and our pastures are never sprayed with chemicals. We're feeding your family the same way we feed our own.
