The weight is split evenly between your two proteins, with a curated variety of each: steaks, roasts, and premium ground for beef; chops, roasts, and a bacon-and-sausage mix for pork; whole or cut-up birds for chicken; and a family-sized variety of lamb cuts.

Everything is raised the same way we feed our own family: beef and lamb are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, pork and chicken are pasture-raised on non-GMO, corn-free, soy-free feed, and no animal is ever given vaccines, hormones, or antibiotics - ever. Our pastures are never sprayed with chemicals.
