Inside, each box is an even mix of chops, bacon, and sausage (both link and ground) - and nothing else. It's a target mix: exact contents vary with availability, and because every animal is a little different, Kirstin builds each box as close to an even split as she can.

Our heritage-breed pigs roam pastures and woodlands, foraging naturally and raised on non-GMO, corn-free, soy-free feed. They are never given vaccines, hormones, or antibiotics - ever - and our pastures are never sprayed with chemicals. All that fresh air and stress-free living shows up on the plate as exceptional marbling, tenderness, and flavor.
